Who we are

NameMorph is operated by Joy Hub, an FBR-registered sole proprietorship in Pakistan. Registration number and address: [OWNER: to be supplied]. Contact: support@namemorph.art.

What the service stores

• Anonymous session cookie. NameMorph does not require an account. A random identifier is stored in a secure, HTTP-only cookie (namemorph_session, valid for up to one year). It links your browser to your gallery, credits and purchases. Clearing the cookie can make them unreachable from that browser.
• Design inputs. The name, animal, style and colours you enter, and the artwork generated from them (original image, watermarked preview and metadata), saved in your gallery.
• Credits and purchases. Your remaining generation and HD download credits, order records, payment status and payment event identifiers.
• What we do not store. NameMorph does not ask for or store your email, password, card details, IP address or browser details in its database.
• Fonts. Fonts are served from NameMorph itself; your browser does not contact Google Fonts. [PENDING: true for the current code; applies to the live site only after the next deployment]
• Server logs. The application logs errors and timings. The web server also keeps standard access logs, which include your IP address, the requested page and your browser type, for security and troubleshooting. Under the current server configuration these logs are rotated daily and about 14 days are kept. [OWNER: the 30-day target is not yet configured]

Payments

Payments are processed by Safepay. NameMorph does not receive or store your card number. We receive the payment status, an order tracker, and the amount and currency. Safepay collects your payment and billing details (such as name, email and address) on its own page, and its privacy terms apply to that data. Before paying you must accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

AI image generation

The text you enter and your style choices are sent, inside a generated prompt, to OpenAI to create your artwork. We do not send your session identifier, email or IP address in that request. [OWNER: confirm OpenAI data-use and retention settings for your API account and describe them here]

Retention and deletion

Saved designs, credits and order records are currently kept until deleted by the operator; there is no automatic expiry. Our target is to keep designs for 12 months. [PENDING: the 12-month target is not yet implemented, and deleted data may remain in server backups until they are replaced. Not a commitment until implemented and legally reviewed.] Order records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, tax or dispute purposes. [OWNER: confirm order-record retention]

Because there are no accounts, to ask about or delete your data email support@namemorph.art with your order reference and the design details you remember. We may need to verify that you control the session or purchase before we act, and some records may have to be kept where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. We preserve the rights the law gives you. Our data is processed in Pakistan and by service providers in other countries (OpenAI, Safepay and our hosting provider). Children

NameMorph is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. The service does not currently verify age.
